"So despite its name, this is not a hotel. It is definitely a motel and that is how it should be filtered on Expedia. Parking was annoying- Expedia description states that there is a parking garage with which the motel has a relationship and this was not available on our visit so we had to find parking in a busy area. Also, a freight train line runs behind this property which is quite loud. There is also a bar nearby that is quite loud at night. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. ...

"Não gostei. Recepcao parecia freezer, não tem sequer uma água quarto. Pia banheiro entupida tive que escovar dentes na torneira chuveiro. Chuveiro com defeito e o colchão e travesseiros péssimos. Não tem onde comer sequer um lanche quente. Eu fiquei decepcionada, a única coisa boa é que tem estacionamento grátis e o prédio é novo. "

"Everything was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Great location to UVA medical facilities. The desk clerk, Clay, wasn't friendly nor helpful. I've stayed here 3 times and he's the only one with an attitude."

"Another great stay under the Homewood Suites brand. This unit in Charlottesville looks super clean and new, with spacious bedrooms, high quality amenities and delicious breakfast. Also, a very welcome complimentary self-parking, and a perfectly well maintained self-operated laundry room. Staff were always very kind. The neighborhood has several options of restaurants and supermarkets, it’s safe and very close to UVA and the charming downtown."
