"Stayed at this property everything was as stated but then property manager made me pay cleaning fee and deposit through cash app , Then later Said I didn’t pay for property when I clearly did had receipts then after confronted by Expedia , He lies say I left the house a mess and that displaced half the water out of the hot tub that I didn’t use at all and didn’t do the dishes which I did , not to mentions I paid a cleaning fee either way . So this unprofessional listing gets keep the deposit...

"Tara and the Staff were really good. Appreciated the help from Reginald to show how to operate the TV and remote. We all got a bag for breakfast with Fruit, Banana & Apple, Granola Bar and bottled water. AC worked good and even needed some heat for 1 night. Room had a slight mold odor but it wasn't too bad. Area was great too directly across from Colonie Center Mall and plenty of restaurants to eat at within walking distance. I would give this Travel Lodge a 9 out of 10."

"A late-night last-minute booking saved a business trip for me. The staff was wonderful - helped me up the stairs with my bag - there is no elevator - and they were so kind even at that late hour. The room was pristine and the bed was comfortable, water was nice and hot. Clean fresh towels. It is close to a roadway and I was able to hear that through the windows unfortunately. My neighbor was watching true crime all night loud enough for me to hear it word for word but I was so tired I fell right asleep. Checkout was easy. I would definitely stay here again. It was SAFE and clean, and as a single female business traveler I really, really appreciate that."

"The staff was friendly and approachable. They were also very accommodating. I requested a room change upon check-in and a late check-out, and they made it happen. They do have a hiking trail and a pond behind the property, which was nice. While I was there, they were celebrating their housekeeping team, which I thought was nice to see them appreciate their staff."

"One of the most important aspects of a good hotel is the smell of it when I first walk in the door. This lodge smelled clean and was clean. The second important thing is the customer service. This place was just okay. Polite but not very friendly. The third important aspect is the plumbing and that was just okay too. Workable enough so we didn’t have to ask for another room but the little soaps were tiny and the toilet was in okay condition. A little hard to flush sometimes. They act like it’s someplace special but it really isn’t. It was a good stay but nothing special. Location was convenient to everything - restaurants and stores."
