"Breakfast is the problem. We were told that Sunday there is no breakfast, which is not written anywhere on the website; so we had to have - and pay for - breakfast somewhere else. Then, when we had breakfast the other days, we were asked to order the evening before (not written on Expedia as well) and what we were given was barely enough. We all had to spend extra money to reach a very minimum bearable breakfast - as we are people who were in Peterborough to work, not holiday."

"The hotel is situated on a very busy road which can make it difficult to join traffic as you are leaving the car park. Having said that we were initially fearful that the room would be noisy but with double glazing and the room being at the rear it was fine. There was plenty of parking but my husband has limited mobility and there was no disabled parking bay near to reception which was situated a fair way away from the car park. "The guest house is a lovely older building type, very comfortable and very close (6 minutes on foot) to the city center. The lovely Kevin and Vicky make us feel very welcome and well taken care of, making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. Loved that the room had a mini fridge, a microwave and a kettle, as well as an assortment of teas and coffees for my use.
