Nice location from where to visit Koroni, Ancient Messeni, Mystras etc. It provides a great outdoor barbeque space and an intimate sitting area in the shade. The swimmingpool is a great asset. One walks in 2 mins to nice restaurants and the village square. The owners are super friendly. "

"This place is the ideal location as it is inbetween the main town center, the old town and the beach coast, where all three locations have a great vibe, a lot of life. In addition, Evripidou7 is roughly 15 minutes max walk between these locations. The apartment is very nice, luxury, great price, very modern and instagramable."

"Carlos Mansion Hotel was the first stop on our Peloponnesian trip and it was a delight to spend time at the hotel. In truth, it's more of a serviced flat than a hotel and the owners take extra care to make sure your stay is comfortable and quiet. The area is quite rural but still easily walkable to Methoni, and the flat itself was well-appointed and a little oasis to relax and enjoy quiet breakfasts or afternoon siestas. "

The views from the covered terrace took our breath away with the sunsets over the Messanian Bay to our keft and the awe inspiring Taygetus mountains to the right.Our hosts Eleni and Serafim were there to meet us to hand over the keys and show us the house which did not disappoint. Everything is as described.If you can tear yourself away from the house and lovely pool there are two delightful village taverns within 3 minutes drive and the beaches with more tavernas and...

"Hidden gem in the Peloponnes! Lovely pool; long enough to swim a few laps. Quiet rural area just 10 minute drive to Methoni and the beach there. Gorgeous self-catering accommodation (they’ve started doing breakfast hampers too); the villas arent on top of each other so you’ve got a very decent amount of privacy. And incredibly kind, warm and welcoming staff. We’ve stayed there three times already and will definitely be back. "

"We had a wonderful time at the Eco Villa - Near by wonderful beaches, no mass tourism, and always very friendly people. That was not the last time that we visit this area/house. For people who need peace and quiet, this is the perfect place (except for the crying foxes at night :o)) Thanks Edwin and Inge"

"Wir waren mit zwei Kindern Ende Oktober/Anfang November für 9 Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, jew. mit Küche und Bad. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind einfach und teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Küchenausstattung ok. Wunderbarer Garten mit Orangen- und Grantapfelbäumen und einiges was blüht und das im November. Schöner, wenig frequentierter Strand und klares Wasser. Wir waren jeden Tag schwimmen....

"Very well-presented property with all expected amenities together with full suite of ancillary items such as washing machine, loungers, etc. Everything worked as it should and the pool is very good and well-maintained. Lovely views of the sea and islands. There are Tavernas within walking distance and a well-stocked supermarket just a few minutes drive away. The drive from the airport is very scenic and set us up with landmarks for later finding our way around. This villa can be recommended."
