This stone house is divided into three separate apartments. It is situated in a fantastic location in the hills, just 15 km northeast of Lucca. The area is unspoiled with olive groves and vineyards, yet easy to reach with convenient access to Lucca and other points of interest in Tuscany. The house has been completely renovated in full accordance with Tuscan tradition, preserving the exposed-beam ceilings and terracotta floors. At the same time, it is equipped with all modern conveniences, such as satellite TV and Blu-ray.

The interior is tastefully decorated in typical Tuscan style.



Podere Oasi is a two-story building, and the apartments are located on both the ground floor and the first floor at different levels. The house is surrounded by a large garden from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own furnished outdoor area in the garden.



About 100 meters below the house, surrounded by olive trees, lies a beautiful swimming pool (7 x 14 meters, depth 1.20–2.50 meters; available from April 12 to October 18), equipped with a saltwater purification system and fully fenced. Although the swimming pool is fenced, children in or near the swimming pool must always be supervised by an adult.



Apartment 1 (first and second floors with loft) – 135 m² consists of:

Entrance via an exterior staircase, living/dining room (HD satellite TV and Blu-ray), kitchenette, one bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a double bed, a second bathroom with shower. Washing machine. Mosquito nets over the beds.

On the top floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. In the loft, there are two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Due to the low ceiling, this bedroom is best suited for children or teenagers.



Apartment 2 (ground floor) – 90 m² consists of:

Living/dining room (HD satellite TV and Blu-ray) with a sofa bed, kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a shower. Washing machine. Mosquito nets over the beds.



Apartment 3 (two floors) – 90 m² consists of:

On the ground floor, a living/dining room (HD satellite TV and Blu-ray), kitchenette. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Washing machine. Mosquito nets over the beds.



The last 400 meters leading to the house are on a gravel road and are not suitable for sports cars or very low cars.

Parking on the property, heating, and internet connection. Iron and ironing board, crib, and high chair in each apartment.
