The Space:

The apartment is very large, it’s about 100sqm!

In the living area, you find a spacious room with an extendable dining table for 6 people, a cozy double sofa bed, and a room corner stocked with a 55’’ Smart TV.

The whole is climatized by a Daikin split dedicated to the living area.



Next to the living area, there is a comfortable and independent kitchen, provided with an induction hob and new generation amenities, apart from a small and useful storage room, also separated by its own door.



The night area is composed of a wide double bedroom, a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds, a service bathroom incorporating the laundry, and the main bathroom with an innovative floor-level shower!

Our double bedroom is the one that, more than the rest, is provided with every comfort, ready to let you experience a vacation in the name of rest and peace!

In order to give you the maximum comfort, we have chosen for this room a 4-door wardrobe with mirrors in the middle, a dresser, and a madia piece of furniture.



A central chandelier of design creates a unique gender atmosphere.

The Neighborhood:

The Bridge-Peschiera Holiday is located in the Porto Vecchio area, a residential quarter of Peschiera del Garda, very quiet and intimate, out of the traffic, even if it finds itself only a few meters away from the historical center of Peschiera del Garda, and from the motorway toll booth exit.



The flat complex is surrounded by greenery and nature of an Austrian historical fortress frontwards, and backwards by a calm football field. It is also really close to the point where the Mincio river takes birth, so the point at which the Mincio river leaves Lake Garda and continues its flow, becoming one of the most important Italian rivers.



At a stone’s throw away, there is also a playground for children, with different kinds of attractions and green zones.



Getting Around:

The Bridge - Peschiera Holiday provides a very comfortable free parking exactly nearby, where you can easily park your car in order to dedicate yourselves to lovely strolling or bicycle tours.



The center of Peschiera del Garda is reachable on foot too, within a 10-minute walking distance, by following the ancient walls that coasts the river.



Really close to the flat, furthermore, starts the famous cycling path of Mincio that links Peschiera with Mantua! A real peace and nature oasis!



The Bridge-Peschiera Holiday is directly connected to the main road that links Verona and Brescia, through which you can reach all the most famous localities of the lake, for instance Sirmione, Desenzano, Lazise, Bardolino, etc.



Among the best amusement parks, such as Gardaland, Caneva World, Movieland, and many more, are reachable with a 10-minute drive!



Another plus, we are really close to supermarkets like Aldi or Orvea, but also to the just-opened McDonald’s of Peschiera del Garda!



Other Things to Note:

We remind you that there are no terraces or balconies in the apartment. Smokers are kindly invited to go to the ground floor.
