The Rosa and Bouganville apartments are located in a modern building with private parking, situated in a quiet residential area of Peschiera del Garda, in the San Benedetto district, just a few steps from Bergamini beach.



The solution is ideal for groups of friends or families: the two apartments share the main entrance, but are completely independent within the building.



The Bougainvillea apartment, located on the first floor, features a spacious terrace equipped with a dining table and lounge area, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Inside it offers a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, TV and a comfortable sofa that can quickly transform into a third bed.



The night area includes a charming double bedroom with a four-poster bed, wardrobe and a small private balcony.
