The property is tastefully furnished in a modern and pleasant style, carefully designed by the owner to provide maximum comfort for your holiday.



The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms—one with a shower, sink, and toilet, and the other with a window, toilet, sink, shower, washing machine, and bidet—and a living room with an open-plan kitchen.



The open kitchen is fully equipped for your Lake Garda holiday and includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, stovetop, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery.



The apartment is located on the first floor and does not have an elevator.



Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are provided free of charge.



Pima Living offers charming, air-conditioned apartments, newly renovated in 2024, just a few minutes' walk from the beach of Lake Garda and the center of Peschiera del Garda.



The location is simply perfect, with shops, bars, restaurants, rentals, the beach, and the town center all easily reachable on foot. The bus stop, connecting you to the amusement parks or the nearby town of Sirmione, is less than 200 meters away. Conveniently, there’s also a paid self-service laundry right below the apartments.



Right next door, you’ll find the famous "Forte del Papa."



Other renowned destinations around Lake Garda, such as Sirmione, Lazise, Bardolino, and Desenzano, are just 10 to 30 minutes away by car, traffic permitting.



For the delight of your children, there’s a public playground directly in front of the apartments. Popular theme parks like Gardaland Resort, Sealife, Canevaworld, Movieland, and Parco Natura Viva are about 10–15 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.



The apartments are equipped with all necessary comforts, including 1 outdoor parking space per unit, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, free bed linens, and towels.



Pets are NOT allowed.

Not all homes allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In homes where animals are allowed, a supplement of €15.00 / animal / night is required. A crib, high chair, and bed guard are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.

Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in.

Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).

Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C).

Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost.

In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).

It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.

Due to geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down; therefore, the service is not always guaranteed.

The home is not stocked with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.

Payments required for entering the apartment include the tourist tax + pre-authorization of the security deposit of €500 with a credit card.

The final cleaning amount covers only standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved trash will incur an additional charge based on the extent of extra labor hours required.
