A recently renovated and tastefully furnished apartment of approximately 105 m^2. It features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a large outdoor garden, underfloor heating, free private parking, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and 3 televisions.
Towels, bed linens, and a hair dryer are provided.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find: a spacious living room with a large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 large double bedrooms, and 1 single bedroom.
The apartment is currently furnished for 5 people, but a sixth fold-out bed can easily be added upon request to provide an additional sleeping space.

The property offers completely free, secure private parking. There is also ample parking outside the apartment.

In the immediate vicinity (a 2-minute walk), there are two small parks that also serve as dog parks.

The property is close to the beach (6-minute drive), the “Tribunale” train station (4-minute walk), the courthouse (4-minute walk), the university (8-minute walk), the stadium (5-minute drive), the D’Annunzio Pine Forest (5-minute drive), downtown Pescara (10-minute drive), the airport (9-minute drive), and the hospital (8-minute drive).
Upon request and by prior arrangement, we can arrange transportation to and from the airport to make your arrival even easier and more convenient.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll also find a supermarket, a breakfast café, a tobacco shop, and a 24-hour Carrefour.


For stays longer than 3 nights, the final cleaning fee is not included in the price.
