Nice studio apartment with large terrace with beautiful view, carefully furnished in a functional way to accommodate travelers from all over the world.
Located in via Ravenna 65 in a central and residential area, with a pleasant walk you can reach the sea, the center and the pedestrian area of Pescara in 5 minutes. The apartment is a studio apartment, bright and pleasant, with a large terrace and is located on the sixth floor of a condominium whose elevator reaches the fifth floor.
The house is made up of a single room in which we find a kitchenette with a fully equipped open kitchen which has an induction hob, mini fridge with freezer, oven, moka, various utensils and dining table; in the living area there is a double bed perfect for a quality rest after a long day of shopping, tourism or work. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is completed by a large balcony terrace from which you can glimpse the Pescara skyline, equipped with a small table for outdoor dining. The house has latest generation Fiber Wi-Fi, as well as a Smart TV (if you have the credentials you can access Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.). There is a custom-made wardrobe to accommodate your personal belongings. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. There is a hot/cold air split in the main area and a boiler to heat the water.

Under the condominium you can find free parking with parking discs. In the nearby streets there are municipal parking lots on blue lines for a fee. In the case of long stays, it is recommended to leave the car in the daily paid car park at the Central Station. (Please note that being the central area it is often not easy to find parking.)
The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 2 people, and is the ideal accommodation for couples, friends and business trips. The house is obviously cleaned and disinfected at the end of each stay.. City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
