Levante Home is a two-level apartment with a private furnished garden, located near the port of Pesaro. It offers an authentic stay where sea life, local atmosphere, and city charm come together.



THE SPACE



Levante Home is a spacious and bright two-level apartment, ideal for up to 4 guests. The interiors are designed for comfort and functionality, perfect for a relaxing stay.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The dining table can also be used as a workspace. The living room features a sofa bed, Smart TV, and light wood details, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.



The sleeping area includes a bright double bedroom and a twin bedroom with either single beds or a double setup depending on guests’ needs. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. A crib for children aged 0–2 can be added upon request.



The two bathrooms are modern and functional, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, both equipped with towels and essentials.



The private garden is a peaceful outdoor space, simply and functionally furnished, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, relaxing moments, or evening dinners in a quiet setting.

Katia and the Yohome team personally welcome guests and remain available throughout the stay for assistance and recommendations.



Smoking is not allowed inside the property.



Pets are welcome; guests are kindly asked to provide everything needed for their stay. An additional fee applies.



Air conditioning is available upon request for an additional (to be requested at booking).



Three free city bikes are available in the apartment, with additional rentals available upon request.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Levante Home is located in a lively area near the port and the sea. The neighborhood offers shops, restaurants, cafés, and the local fish market in the morning.



The historic center, Piazza del Popolo, Casa Rossini, and Palazzo Mosca museums are all within walking distance.



Nearby natural highlights include Baia Flaminia beach, Miralfiore Park, and Monte San Bartolo Natural Park.



GETTING AROUND

Public transport connects the area quickly to the city center and train station.



Pesaro train station is about 5–10 minutes away by car and connects to major Italian cities. Rimini Airport is reachable in about 45–55 minutes.



Thanks to its location and available bicycles, guests can easily explore the city without a car.
