ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (ductless split system in Bedroom I and the hallway), ceiling fans (in the living room, Bedroom I, Bedroom II, and the kitchen), independent heating, unlimited Wi-Fi, ironing board and iron, clothesline, hair dryer.

7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Fano, which is EUR 1.30 per night per person for the first 14 nights. Children under 15 are exempt.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Fano Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.



Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharge:

- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00;

The apartment enjoys a particularly advantageous location, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet just a short walk from the center of Pesaro and a short distance from the waterfront. Pesaro’s urban architecture still clearly bears traces of Roman-era design: the archaeological site on Via dell’Abbondanza features the remains of a “domus” from Imperial Rome.



The city’s historical past is also evident in its most central attractions: the famous Piazza del Popolo stands on the site of the ancient Roman forum, and its current appearance reflects centuries of history, featuring the Monumental Fountain and the Malatesta-era Ducal Palace at its center. Just a short walk away stands the Rocca Costanza, built in the late 15th century for Costanzo Sforza—a fascinating example of Renaissance-style military architecture featuring a quadrangular layout with imposing cylindrical towers on each side.
