Villa Penelope is located in one of the most exclusive private country estates of Umbria, owned by the same family for generations, with its thousands of hectares of immaculate woods and olive groves, spectacular views and green landscapes, lakes, rivers and fauna. Furnished with care and attention to details, the villa is the perfect location for those who love nature and tranquillity, with Florence and Rome within 2 hours drive away.

With a large garden and more than 3000 plants that bloom at different times of the year, giving wonderful colour displays, the property is composed of a main house and a little cottage and it develops on two levels.

Ground Floor: a bright and spacious living room with fireplace and dining room, kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, oven, two fridges and microwave), a laundry room with washing machine and iron, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

First Floor: here, we have 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with bath tub and shower and 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one with bath tub and one with shower.

The little cottage consists of an open space living area with dining table and chairs, kitchen and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. It is equipped with stove, fridge, LCD TV, DVD Player, hairdryer and Wi-Fi.

Outside, in the fenced 10,000 sqm garden, we have a large and heated private swimming pool (15x7m; 1.5m deep) with sun lounges, chairs and umbrellas, a lovely panoramic pergola by the cottage with seating for 12 and outdoor table with chairs for 8 by the kitchen area. In front of the main villa's living room we have additional garden furniture. A table tennis is available on request.

Please Note: To reach the villa there are 3 km of white gravel road. The roads are in good condition but occasionally steep therefore they are not suitable for sports cars. When the villa is rented with the under-occupancy price, the cottage will be closed off.
