The apartment is very bright and fresh during the summer, in winter there is heating and possibly a pellet stove for the colder days. Outside there is a large park shared with the owner, who occasionally lives in the villa. There is a barbecue, a patio with outdoor kitchen. You can leave your car outside the gate in a private street.
