La Collina degli Ulivi is a welcoming structure typical of rural areas of the past century. The apartments have been renovated and furnished respecting the rural style of the era. Il Casolare is located in a small hill along the Tiber valley in central Italy. Immersed in a vast agricultural valley cultivated with vines, olive trees, wheat and rich pastures. In a couple of hours by car you can reach Rome, Florence and the Adriatic Sea.
Surrounded by greenery, La Collina degli Ulivi is ideal for relaxing and visiting the art cities of Umbria: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, Todi; for children it is recommended to visit the theme park Città della Domenica in Perugia and the Tavernelle Aquatic Park.
Typical farmhouse of the late 800 completely renovated nestled in a hill. It consists of 4 apartments.
Ortensia is an apartment consisting of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom and double bedroom. It offers free internet, free parking and a lovely shared wooden pool.
Meals are not provided, the use of the kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils is made available. Bed linen, towels provided. During the winter, heating costs are based on consumption. The initial and final cleaning costs are included. Gradità is a photocopy of the documents, at the moment there is no tourist tax for tourist rentals / short lets (if it is requested), a short rental contract will be submitted to the keys (reservation re-booking).
