"Loved our stay here, close to everything and we even got a little fishing in on our trip. Only negative is that since I am allergic to dogs and with them being as pet friendly as they are (I didn't see this when booking), I had some issues with my face swelling after sleeping in the bed. Some of the carpets also smelled like animal urine... but other than that, we absolutely loved it here. "

"Amazing 3-night stay! The A-frame is perfect- decorated beautifully and so cozy & comfortable with everything we needed. Mornings and evenings by the fire were wonderfully relaxing and there is nothing like an outdoor shower. It’s also perfectly situated between Keene Valley (which will always have my heart) and Lake Placid (and my favorite stretch of route 73 by Upper and Lower Cascade Lakes).
