Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most. "The condo is so cozy! The kitchen had everything you need including coffee, tea, hot chocolate creamer along with other condiments. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. The closet outside for ski equipment was so convenient. Location was great a short walk to the slopes. Bathrooms were fully stocked with really soft towels and the beds were really comfy.
