"This is a nice hotel, situated within the racecourse. We stayed during very hot weather and the whole building was lovely and cool. The room was a good size and clean. We stayed as a family of 4, the room hadn't been set up to accommodate for that - we only had two towels and no bedding for the pull out - but when we contacted reception this was resolved very quickly. The only thing I think really needs improvement is breakfast, there was hot food and toast but it would be nice to have more...

"The room was just what I needed. Was in town for the Premier League. Conveniently located to the train station and an easy enough walk to Molineux."

"We needed a spot near the train station to catch an early train in the morning. It is an easy 8 to 10 minute walk to the station. The room is simple, but well furnished, and plenty of space for two people. Nice bathroom, good shower. There is a functional kitchen with some basics if you want to cook your own food, and there are many restaurants within a very short walk if you want just a quick bite. Good value for money, perfect for what we wanted."

"The hotel looks tired including the decor at the entrance of faded artificial flower garlands and lounge furniture Cleaners cleaning bathroom surfaces with bathroom towels and wiping glasses and mugs with napkins rather than washing them Wobbly toilet roll holder and toilet seat"

"Bar and breakfast rooms were great..clean room..however we were given top floor room with four flights of stairs.. room too small for a double with very uneven floor.. Room was very hot window only opened six inches not much air coming in.fan provided was useless.. didn’t get much sleep as we were hot sticky and itratible..not going back.this was not in the heatwave.. the following weekend .."

"It’s been a long while I’m using certain hotels in England and in India as well, but this was my worst than ever experience pathetic services pathetic zero corporation couldn’t use amenities air-conditioner was not working. Staff was not helpful at all and strictly unable to resolve our issues"

"No reception or staff to greet you which was not an issue, I was emailed and messaged clear details of how to enter the property and my room. Car park at the side of the property was available and free to use. Spacious room and en suite. Room had a slight musty smell, difficult to have window open as near a busy room. When shut it is however quiet. Would I book again, yes. "
