Venice by the Beach: La Dolce Vita Waterfront Escape. Experience Italian elegance at our north-facing villa on Port Bouvard Island. Enjoy breathtaking canal views, a private jetty, and the beach just moments away. We are happy to help in any way but prefer to keep most of our messaging on platform as we are often not able to answer the phone if driving or in meetings. If you do need to call, please text as this is the quickest way to get a response. In case of emergency please call 000.

We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Located just a 3-minute walk from the beach, local bus routes, and the nearby primary school, this villa offers a peaceful retreat only a short drive south of Mandurah.

You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the Truvi guest verification process.

Driving:
Car Rental: Renting a car is highly recommended for convenience and flexibility. Several car rental agencies are available in Mandurah, the nearest city, or from Perth Airport if arriving by plane.

Parking: The vacation rental likely offers parking on-site, and there’s usually ample parking available at nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants.

Public Transportation:
Bus Services: The local bus service operated by Transperth connects Wannanup to Mandurah, Falcon, and other nearby areas. The 588 and 589 bus routes run through Wannanup and provide a convenient way to reach Mandurah, where guests can access more extensive bus and train networks.
Buses are a great option for guests looking to explore Mandurah without driving. Mandurah Bus Station acts as a hub for other services across the Peel region.

Train: The Mandurah Train Station is approximately 15-20 minutes away by car. From there, guests can catch the Mandurah Line to Perth, which is about a 50-minute ride, making day trips to the city easy.
Taxis and Rideshares:
Taxi Services: Mandurah offers local taxi services that can be booked in advance or hailed at major spots like Mandurah
Foreshore and train stations.

Rideshare Apps: Uber and Ola are available in Wannanup and Mandurah, offering a reliable and easy way to get around without worrying about parking.

Bike Rentals: Cycling is a popular way to explore the scenic coastal paths and the canals in Wannanup. Guests can bring their own bikes or rent them in Mandurah.

Pets
• Small dogs are welcome upon request. A small fee applies, payable directly to the host.

Booking Agents & Corporate Accounts
• All reservations must be made under the guest’s name.

Parking
• Two dedicated underground parking spaces are provided. Additional parking is available outside the island.

Guest Verification
• Before arrival, please complete guest verification through Truvi, our trusted third-party partner.
• Truvi will contact you via email or SMS—please follow their instructions for a smooth check-in.
• A government-issued photo ID is required for the lead guest (in addition to your Airbnb verification).
• A security deposit will be authorized separately.

Pre-Arrival Requirements
• Complete our Pre-Arrival Form as soon as possible to receive your check-in instructions.
• A signed rental agreement is required.
• While we no longer charge a fee for early check-in or late check-out requests, we kindly note that these options are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. To ensure early access to the property, we recommend booking the night prior. This provides peace of mind and allows for a smooth and stress-free arrival. Alternatively you can contact us the morning of the arrival and we can confirm if this option is available for you.

Guest Access & House Rules
• No parties, events, or excessive noise are permitted (quiet hours: 10 pm – 8 am).
• Groups must be pre-approved; we especially welcome families.
• As our property is waterfront, please exercise extra caution with children and non-swimmers.

Public Holiday Surcharge
• If checking out on a public holiday, a 50% cleaning surcharge applies. This will be charged separately one week before arrival or immediately if booked within a week.

Bedding Policy
• We provide bedding for the number of guests booked. If extra bedding is needed without prior approval, a charge of $65 per night per item will apply.

Travel Insurance
• We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your plans. Please note that refunds are only issued if the issue directly arises from our listing.
