Completely renovated and stylishly furnished, this surprisingly spacious villa will make you feel right at home.

You will have access to two entertaining areas, an open plan lounge, a dining & kitchen, separate laundry, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom.

- Located in a quiet & well-maintained complex.

- You will have access to 2 x designated car bays to the rear of the complex. 1 x car bay is situated in the undercover area and the other car bay is located in the open driveway.

- To access the front of the property, you'll need to walk up a beautiful set of limestone stairs surrounded by beautiful lush, green gardens. Once you reach the top landing, you will see the front door and to the right the front porch area (this is an open space and is not fenced) with a lovely modular outdoor lounge where you can sit back & enjoy the sunshine overlooking the main street.

- Enter the property and you'll be greeted by the open plan lounge, dining & kitchen space.

- Spacious lounge area looking out to the front porch area, boasting 1 x three seater leather lounge & 1 x two seater leather lounge. Corner entertainment unit with a smart TV & sound system. There is also a ceiling fan in this space perfect for those warm summer evenings!

- Light & bright dining space located in between the kitchen & lounge space. Boasting a dining table, perfect to seat all guests. This space also has a split system & ceiling fan.

- Incredible sleek white kitchen with electric cooktop, electric oven, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, SMEG kettle & SMEG toaster. This amazing kitchen comes fully stocked & equipped, perfect for short or long stays!

- Opposite the dining space you will find the laundry entrance & a hallway which will take you to bedrooms 1 & 2 and the bathroom.

- Bedroom 1 is located at the front of the home, boasting a queen bed, bedside tables & lamps to either side, and a double built-in-robe for your belongings. This space also has a split system & ceiling fan. The window looks out to the front porch area.

- In between bedrooms 1 & 2 you will find a lovely renovated bathroom boasting a separate walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, wall-mounted mirrored cabinet, and sink/vanity.

- There is also a separate toilet near the bedrooms & bathroom.

- Bedroom 2 boasts a double bed with a built-in frame with lights. Opposite the bed is your own private study desk with double monitors and a keyboard - perfect for the business or student traveler! This space also has a door that can be closed for privacy when you are working or studying. This space also has a split system.

The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, check-in will be from 3:00pm or 4:00pm please refer to your reservation details.
• LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Unfortunately we don’t offer late check-outs. However, we provide a 15-minute grace period after the designated check-out time. Check-out is at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, depending on your reservation details.
