You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.
The garage is reserved for owner use but we have plenty of room for parking in the driveway - just ask!

House Overview: Welcome to this spacious modern single Storey home located directly on the stunning canal waterways of Mandurah.
Kitchen and Living Area: The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals for your family or indulge in a gourmet experience for two. Take a moment to relax with a freshly brewed coffee from the coffee machine. The living area features a large 75in smart TV and free Wi-Fi throughout the home. The dining table comfortably seats 10 guests, offering canal views and stunning sunset, maybe even a pod of dolphins swimming by as you dine.
Bedrooms: The home offers four spacious bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite, walk-in robes, and a smart TV. Bedroom Two: Queen bed, built-in robe, and desk. Bedroom Three: Queen bed, built-in robe and canal views. Bedroom Four: Four single beds and built-in robes. ***All single beds are part of a bunk bed configuration.
Family Bathroom: Shower, bathtub and separate powder room and toilet.
Living Area Two: This additional living area with a lounge and 65in smart TV is perfect for the kids to hang out or for some private relaxation and time away from the family.
Laundry: A large washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience, also contains third toilet. If you're looking for a delicious meal, the local restaurants are perfect for a relaxing breakfast, leisurely lunch, or a night out at one of the many bars, breweries, taverns and eateries in the area. Better still, stay home to have an intimate meal and enjoy a glass of wine while watching dolphins from the backyard.
Mandurah is great for swimming, snorkeling, fishing or catching some of Mandurahs famous Blue Manna crabs, you can even surf at the nearby beaches. On the Mandurah foreshore, there is a skate park and a water park with a pontoon to swim out to with slides running down into the water - a lot of fun for the kids!
For the golfers the region of Mandurah is considered the golf coast of Western Australia with a number of W. A's top 20 ranked courses in close proximity.
Dudley Park is well-connected, making it easy to explore Mandurah and beyond:

Parking is available at the property. - Public Transport – The Mandurah Train Station is just a 10-minute drive away, offering fast and frequent services to Perth in under an hour. Local buses also run through the area, connecting you to key attractions and the city centre. - Cycling & Walking – Mandurah is incredibly bike-friendly, with scenic paths along the estuary and foreshore. Walk or cycle along the Bridgewater Foreshore Reserve or take a leisurely stroll to nearby cafes. - On the Water – With direct canal access, you can hire a boat, hop on a dolphin cruise, or take the ferry to explore Mandurah’s stunning waterways from a unique perspective.

Guest Access & Safety: • Guests have access to the full house, except the garage which is not available for guest use. • The jetty is not fenced, nor is there a fixed safety gate on the top level (this is not a legal requirement for open waterways).
ID Verification Before check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all.
Security Hold / Damage Protection A refundable security hold may be requested prior to check-in to cover accidental damage during your stay. This is handled securely through the booking platform or authorised payment method and is released after departure once the property has been checked and no issues are reported.
We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.
This property operates under a firm cancellation policy. We recommend guests take travel insurance. No refunds are given for incorrect booking details, including wrong guest numbers or undeclared pets.
Pet-Friendly 🐾 We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets. A $150 per pet per stay fee applies and can be arranged via our guest portal prior to arrival.
NDIS-Friendly Stay: We support guests with accessibility needs and can assist with carer arrangements—just ask!
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

Nature/Environment Our home is set in a beautiful natural waterfront environment. From time to time you may see local wildlife — and occasionally insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally treated, but being close to nature is part of its charm.
Base pricing includes up to 8 guests. The home can accommodate up to 10 guests, with an additional per person, per night fee applied for larger groups. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests for accurate pricing.

Middle Aged Dads weekend away
We booked this property for 4 Dads needing to have a weekend away and leave the kids and wives at home This was the ideal location and accommodation. The jetty provided a great spot to drop some crab nets and cast a line, whilst the open plan feel of the house gave us the perfect venue to discuss the matters that matter (what we would do as WCE coach, what would be most beneficial? - a third leg or a third arm, and do lactose intolerant people look angry when asked to say cheese? Just to name a few)We were within 15-20 mins from some of the best golf courses in the area and beaches for night fishing.Communication from the host was frequent without being bombarding.
