Mia Mia means "a place to dwell" or "home" in the language of the Noongar people, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which this home stands. The name was chosen to honour the spirit of this peaceful place and the deep connection between land, people, and shelter that has existed here for thousands of years.

On the lower level of the home you’ll find a generous master suite with ensuite bathroom and peaceful courtyard views, as well as a private study—ideal for remote work or quiet reading.
