The apartment at West Beach Lagoon complex is on the 1st floor overlooking the pool from front balcony. The renovated bathroom includes a combined washer/dryer The large main bedroom has a queen bed and Juliet balcony with dedicated work space. The second bedroom has two single beds.

Our weather is sensational but if you do find yourself inside, the living area is spacious and equipped with TV, board games and even books to read. Free Wi-Fi is available.

There is a Coles supermarket in the shopping centre 3 mins walk North for all your necessities But for those who may arrive late a variety of Teas, coffee, milk is provided, as is a pod espresso machine for those of us who can't bear the thought of instant.

There are many superb cafes, restaurants and bars on the door step and there is no better place to check out the surf while sipping your morning cuppa.

Takeaway and/or home delivery food is available from many quality local restaurants.

Enjoy the outdoor free gym by the beach, a paid gym at REVO, bowling at Lookout Bar, a movie theatre just 5km away, and a nearby EV charger.

This apartment is located within West Beach Lagoon complex. There is a designated BBQ area and pool with popular slide for all ages at the complex. Parking is assigned by the apartment number and requires only parking in that marked spot (information to be provided). The apartment is located on the first floor (stair access only) and can be accessed passing through the patio/bbq area. Look for signs with apt numbering on stairs.

The apartment has a key safe box with keys. Your access code will come with your check in instructions. Please look after keys as $120 replacement cost.

Please NOTE: during July and August the pool and bbq area will undergo maintenance programs and may not be available for use.
