Welcome to "Canal Escape in Wannanup," a modern holiday home that promises a perfect waterside retreat. This spacious 4-bedroom property offers a private jetty, where you can relax, fish, crab, or launch a paddleboard directly into the canal. The bedrooms are generously sized, ensuring a comfortable stay for larger groups or families.

Inside, the main lounge area features a comfortable leather lounge, perfect for relaxation. A superb outdoor dining table overlooks the canal, ideal for alfresco meals while enjoying the tranquil atmosphere.

Your comfort is a priority here, with bed linen, towels, and free Wi-Fi provided. The property is equipped with evaporative ducted air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant climate throughout your stay. There's also a theater room and a second TV lounge, both with reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort.

The main Queen bedroom features a spa in the ensuite and reverse cycle air conditioning. Bedroom 2 offers another Queen bed, while Bedroom 3 includes a Queen bed and a TV. Bedroom 4 boasts a King bed, and a double air bed is available if needed. With a total of four TVs in the property, everyone can find their favourite show.  It's also pet-friendly, so your furry companions can join in the fun.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

We are available to answer any questions via our guest portal or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

DOGS & PETS
Most property owners will not allow guests to bring pets to their homes. There are some exceptions (the property will be listed as pet friendly) but under no circumstances are guests permitted to bring pets without first seeking permission and then obtaining prior written approval from the booking agent. A non-refundable pet fee of $115 is payable upon approval per animal. No pets to be on beds or furniture inside the property.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

- No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $115 pet fee has been paid. You can add this in your guest portal after booking.
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
