Opposite the beds is a comfortable lounge area with a modular lounge, wall-mounted smart TV, and a study desk - perfect for the student or business traveler! Another added bonus - enjoy access to your own private courtyard!

- In-between bedrooms 3 & 4 is the recently renovated semi-en-suite offering a toilet, shower, bath, mirror, sink/vanity.

- Bedroom 3 offers a beautiful king bed with a white bedframe, matching white bedside tables with lamps to either side, a triple wardrobe for your belongings and access to the semi-en-suite. - This property has a noise monitoring device that management checks regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.

- Spa Disclaimer: During the cooler winter months, the outdoor temperature will cause the spa to take significantly longer to heat up. It can take up to 3 to 4 hours to reach full temperature, so we highly recommend turning the spa on well in advance of your intended use to ensure it`s perfectly warm when you`re ready to jump in!

- Pool Maintenance & Use:
This property features an outdoor swimming pool, which is professionally serviced every two weeks. Please note that because the pool is outdoors, you may find leaf debris or dust on the water surface depending on recent weather conditions—while we cannot control the environmental elements, we have provided a pool scoop on-site that you are more than welcome to use during your stay! Additionally, please be aware that the pool contractor may require access during your booking for scheduled servicing; if this occurs, we will contact you in advance to ensure minimal disruption.

- This property has regular lawn mowing & gardening which is carried out by a professional contractor every four (4) weeks. Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the lawn mowing/gardening servicing to take place so we can keep on top of this service.

- This property has a staircase to the centre to take you from ground floor to first floor - there is no lift.

- The three (3) garages are NOT FOR GUESTS USE - parking is to the open driveway only!

- We kindly ask you to leave all reading books inside the property - they are not be taken with you.

- Notice to Guests: DO NOT TOUCH the pool equipment and the tap. Any damages incurred due to handling will result in penalties. Thank you for your cooperation.
