Leafy Subiaco is a suburb centred on bustling Rokeby Road, with small boutiques and high-end cosmetics shops amid the stylish cafes, wine bars, trattorias and gastropubs. The landmark 1930s Regal Theatre hosts live music and comedy, while Subiaco Arts Centre is a modern space for exhibits, rock shows and edgy plays. Concerts are also held outside in the lush surrounding Theatre Gardens

This spacious and character-filled townhouse offers a warm and welcoming layout across two levels, ideal for families, business travellers or small groups. Featuring high raked ceilings, a dramatic spiral staircase and oversized windows, the home feels both open and cosy at once. The central living area features a large, fully equipped kitchen with gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and an array of small appliances including a pod coffee machine, Russell Hobbs airfryer, slow cooker, blender, juicer, and baking equipment. The island bench with stools makes a great social cooking space, while the formal round dining table comfortably seats six. The living room is set up for relaxation, with a large plush sectional, beanbags, lounge chair, and a 75-inch smart TV with soundbar and surround sound. Upstairs are three well-appointed bedrooms: The master bedroom includes a queen bed, air conditioning, desk space, and access to a private balcony with leafy views The second bedroom also features a queen bed, air conditioning, natural light, and a second desk The third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, offering two single beds, open shelving, and its own air conditioner There are two full bathrooms: Upstairs: a light-filled bathroom with shower-over-bathtub, large vanity, and plenty of storage Downstairs: a second bathroom with walk-in shower, located next to the internal laundry The laundry includes a front-loading washer and dryer, as well as additional storage and bench space. Outside, guests will enjoy two distinct areas: A private balcony off the master bedroom with seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or sunset wine A large, fully enclosed paved courtyard with outdoor dining for six, a gas heater, pergola coverage, and surrounding native gardens and palm trees. The area is both peaceful and functional — great for BBQs, kids, or simply unwinding The property includes two off-street parking spaces and is accessed via a private front entrance framed by established garden beds.
