Kindly note there is no onsite parking for our apartment, but you can use the FREE street parking normally between the hours of 6 pm and 8 am (please refer to parking signs). Longer stay parking is available at Wilson’s Car Park on Hay Street only 50 meters from the building. Cheaper long term parking is also available at The Concert Hall on St Georges Terrace (aprx 150m).

Our apartment is right in the heart of the CBD, surrounded by business precincts, cultural hubs and vibrant inner-city neighbourhoods. This central location is ideal for corporate travellers, couples and short city breaks, offering walkable access to offices, dining, shopping and waterfront attractions. With a blend of modern city living and relaxed West Australian lifestyle, the area is known for its wide streets, river breezes and easy connections to surrounding suburbs.

From the apartment, you can easily explore Northbridge’s nightlife and dining scene, Elizabeth Quay’s riverfront precinct, Kings Park’s iconic views and Perth’s retail core along Murray and Hay Street malls. Perth CBD is also a strategic base for exploring greater Western Australia, with quick access south to Fremantle and Mandurah, east to the Swan Valley wine region, and north to coastal beaches such as Scarborough and Trigg.

Kindly note there is no onsite parking with our apartment. Sadly, we can't have any pets in the apartment, and this is a non-smoking building (including no vapes/e-cigarettes). No parties/gatherings please & we ask guests to respect our neighbours with quiet hours of 10pm to 8am.

Location not bad, about a 15 min walk to Barrack st, waterfront precinct and Mall’s. Mismatch of crockery and utensils, no fan for cooking and can’t vent room if you do. Remember to take long charging cables otherwise items are on the floor. Toilet is located next to the sink where you do you dishes, clean teeth and shower, not our cup of tea as to us that isn’t hygienic. Not sure we would stay in that room again.

Fantastic Gem in the CBD

Really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent and it had everything I needed. Very clean and a very comfy bed. I felt very safe. Recommend this place and I would stay again.

Perfect location East Perth

This studio apartment is quite small. At first glance, I was disappointed. But over the next few days I realised it offered everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, which is very important to me. And with a comfy sofa, TV and a couple of other chairs, our children were able to come around and sit comfortably. The bathroom was clean and in working order. The good quality washing machine is located here, with a drying rack available. The owner even supplied shampoo/conditioner and other useful products. The kitchen is compact and includes all the basics - kettle, toaster, microwave and also an electric hob. I didn't cook on it. But it is there! The owner also included tea, coffee, sugar and starter milk and salt, pepper, etc. And in 40 degree heat - the airconditioner cooled beautifully. Great location. Very near to the CBD which we walked into daily to enjoy restaurants and Christmas lights and markets.
