"This loft apartment was the PERFECT space for my stay in Perth. It was very conveniently located in the heart of downtown, near shops, parks, water, and restaurants (including a fabulous coffee shop that was a fantastic stop for morning coffee!). I was in town to assist with a family wedding, which was taking place at the Crystal Palace pavilion, so it was incredible to be so close to where I needed to be over the few days I was in town. "I was in Perth for a family reunion in early June 2025 that was held in Stewart Park, right across the street from this VRBO rental. This area of Perth is very historic, with the Tay canal running right behind the rental unit. The rental unit was excellent - lots of dishes, good TV, large fridge, good air conditioning, and an excellent view of the street and the park. Very good location, with many shops and cafe's nearby. Great unit !"

"We enjoyed having a glass of wine while sitting on the balcony facing the Tay Turnaround Basin. Perth is a lovely town for walking and the accommodation was centrally located. "

"Great place to stay that feels like ‘home’. My mom and I went and they allowed my dog to join which I am so thankful for. They had their place equipped with anything you may need (-: Impressed! If I could offer only suggestion, was to have the name off the different coffee pods’ displayed. This place was above my expectations and would recommend it to everyone, Well done! "Cute apartment with a great kitchenette for those who don't want to eat out all the time. Wi-Fi was provided and entrance to the property was easy and I felt secure. The host has lot of little extras and tries to make your stay pleasant. There are steep stairs for any who would be troubled by that but they are very stable and have railings. "
