"Great countryside location. The lodge was clean and tidy, and much bigger than we expected. The kids were happy to have their own rooms. Extra highlights: a huge DVD collection and a Nintendo Wii with games (it quickly became one of their favourite spots during the holiday). There’s no washing machine in the lodge (which we knew), but you can find public outside ones nearby, like in Alloa. No shops, restaurants or pubs within walking distance, so you’ll need a car. "Lovely location slightly off the beaten track - but accessible to Perth city within 15 minutes. Spotlessly clean everywhere - even in the hard to reach places. Very good communication with host - including around issues with the WiFi. A note on this - there is very limited mobile phone signal in the area - so do not expect that. Also, the WiFi in the lodge was not working (pulling less than 1MB/s download) - so we did not have usable WiFi for the whole stay. Host will be fixing this - but if...

"Everything was excellent.The outstanding property and all its facilities. Wonderful location, overlook magnificent scenery. We loved all the bird life and spent many hours watching the activity on the bird feeders, including very greedy and bossy woodpeckers and visits from red squirrels. We also spotted a deer in the fields below us. We have recommended the treehouse to many of our friends and hope we can come again too."
