"The Hotel was lovely, and very olde wordly. The Staff were very good in the main, but last nights pie crust was burnt, and there were no published prices for Breakfast, so to get our bill on checkout, and find that I was charged £16 for a sausage sandwich was a bit much, and there was no mention of a 10% service charge for Dinner at all."

"The room was very clean, and the check in process was a breeze. We loved the location, it was right in the middle of town and everything was very walkable. We booked this room because we were walking the Cotswold Way trail, and it was the perfect place to reset for our night in Broadway. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had an excellent stay at The Portland. Gabriela could not have been more helpful in advance with clear instructions and sorting a parking permit for £5 for 24 hours. The safe parking was around the posh Clarence Square not too far away. There were other places in Zone 10 too. Gabriela allowed us early access to our wonderful room (No 6) because we had a memorial service to attend and wanted to sort things before we set forth.
