"First and most importantly… amazing comfy beds. I am assuming this is a newer listing so they have some odd quirks to work out, but ultimately comfort and safety were 100%. Nice neighborhood, quite street, and a comfy home. We rate the home 100% because of its super comfy couch and supportive beds. Full transparency, the bathroooms are tiny (but clean and fully functional) so may be difficult for longer term stays, but perfect for what we needed."

"Excellent location and so close to downtown Perrysburg. Very clean and well equipped with many necessities provided. Host was very easy to reach both prior to and during stay and exceptionally accomodating. It is an older home but very nicely remodeled and updated wherever possible. If you are not used to multi floor homes the steps to access bedrooms and bathrooms are not as challenging as a previous review I saw. The neighborhood is very quiet. "The house is beautiful. Perfect for our needs. Concerned that all exits but one were non-functioning. Had trouble with the alarm system. Police came twice during our stay. Host gave us the alarm code after we contacted them about the problem but the alarm was still going off with the police. Many light bulbs need replaced. Just a small issue. Had a great weekend."

"The owners and staff are terrific - very welcoming and caring. The cabin is cute and cozy. The river runs right in front of the cabin, with access to kayaks, etc. right there. Waterville is a very cute town with good eateries. I loved the Toledo Zoo which is nearby. Do be aware, however, if you are looking for an isolated cabin in the woods, this one is part of 12 cabins along the river, like a campground. It was quiet and everyone was great, but you will have neighbors. I loved my stay...

"Quarto espaçoso, atendimento recepção regular, mas o café da manhã foi inacreditável, o horário era até as 9:00 da manhã, e as 9:00 em ponto apagaram as luzes enquanto lá estávamos, fecharam as cortinas do buffet e não permitiram nos servirmos de mais nada. Ficamos lá, comendo com luzes apagadas, todos os presentes extremamente indignados, nem atendente ou gerente, depois de questionados, fizeram qq coisa. "
