"House could not be located any better. Was within walking distance of downtown. Very short drive to many different attractions for everyone in your party. "We had a great time at this beautiful property. It had all the outdoor amenities we could ask for (river view, pool, plenty of seating, fire pit, use of canoe/kayak and fishing poles). "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the July 4th weekend. We spent many hours on the front porch watching the sun rise, the boats pass by, birds soar, including bald eagles nesting nearby! The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend! "
