"We were very happy with everything about the place. Clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds and easy to find all that we needed to make ourselves at home.We were using the cottage as more or less for a bed and breakfast and did not spend much time at Crystal Beach. We were back and forth to Grove Point where our family was having a reunion. Loved the "Quiet" when we returned. (16 grandchildren and their parents)"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the July 4th weekend. We spent many hours on the front porch watching the sun rise, the boats pass by, birds soar, including bald eagles nesting nearby! The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend! "

"The dome and surrounding areas looks like it does in the photos, and using the compost toilet, shower, etc were pretty easy even for a camping novice like myself. The farm is beautiful and quiet. Good opportunities for birding too. I never saw or heard the gentlemen who live in the farmhouse, I only saw their cars come and go. I came here for rest and a connection to nature, and that’s what I got. I’d love to come back in the future! I think it would be even nicer later in the spring."
