"Room - sliding door was off hinges had to put back on. Staff she was EXCELLENT Breakfast - MORE people than FOOD! i didn't' even wait to eat! It was too hot to sit in pool area, so i sat outside of the window there to watch my grand daughters swim. All in all I didn't NOT think this was worth the $$$ at all. But my son booked this room. We WON'T be back! But the girl at front desk SHE WAS EXCELLENT ....."

"The room was very spacious and there was a good variety at breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was nice with great water pressure and almost instant hot water. My only complaint about the shower is that it is extremely difficult to shave legs when there is no shelf/ledge/seat, etc. Another small complaint is that the air conditioner was extremely noisy when it cycled on and off. And the last minor complaint is that the refrigerator did not appear to have been cleaned because of...

"The house keeping lacked motivation not enough toilet paper and Kleenex staff lacked motivation to keep partitions happy"

"They were renovating so hallways were unfinished. Had to move rooms right away because toilet did not flush well. Staff on duty handled things well and asked again how things were going. Original room and room that we moved to had both been renovated but not done well. Breakfast was good though and hotel was quiet."

"The property was dated, the front door didn't close, there was construction, and there is a pool but no water. Staff never cleaned our room. Luckily all I needed was a bed for the night. Didn't go for amenities. They do have a decent breakfast available. "

"House was well kept, in a nice area, and appeared to be recently updated. The only issue was the electronic keybad/deadbolt wouldn't lock with the button on our first evening. Messaged Alisha then the app took me to Vrbo support. The Vrbo support was a nightmare trying to deal with, but Alisha called me back and had someone out there to replace the batteries and get the lock working that same evening."
