  • In Perros-Guirec, on the Pink Granite Coast, ideally located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Brittany (Trestraou beach), this apartment benefits from an exceptional view of the sea as well as a good orientation.

    It is located in a beautiful, very quiet private residence with a manicured and flowery garden overlooking the coast; there is also a collective car park and direct access by a private staircase to the wide sandy beach.

    In very good condition, it can accommodate 4 people.

    It is made up of a living room with bay window on the sea comprising: 1 3-seater sofa, 1 rattan lounge, 1 flat screen TV; the living room also includes a kitchen area with sink, electric cooking plates, oven, fridge with freezing compartment, microwave, dishwasher, percolator, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils.

    It also includes a bedroom with 1 double bed, a mezzanine with 2 single beds, a bathroom with sink, shower, wc and washing machine, an entrance hall; all tastefully decorated.

    Electric heating.

    There is also a bicycle / windsurfing room.

    It will be the starting point for all your activities in Perros Guirec or in its surroundings and there is something for everyone: walking tours (customs trail along the splendid pink granite coast and accessible at the back of the residence ), sea excursions (the 7 islands, the island of Bréhat), excursions by car, shopping, sports, water sports (sailing, surfing, etc.) or of course rest. Town center, shops and markets within walking distance. Restaurants, casino, cinema, thalassotherapy at 200 m.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft mit Blick auf den Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber erfüllt alle Anforderungen bezüglich Ausstattung. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

VUE EPOUSTOUFFLANTE

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par la sympathique Angélique très ponctuelle et qui nous a remis les clés et fait l'état des lieux. Charmant petit appartement idéalement situé à proximité des restaurants, une boulangerie et d'un petit carrefour express ouvert même jusqu'à 22h en semaine. Le tout à 5mn à pied en descendant l'escalier par le magnifique jardin rempli de fleurs. Très belle vue de l'appartement vers la mer et la plage. On peut assister au lever du soleil et aux marées. Merci au propriétaire qui a été également très arrangeant avec nous niveau horaires d'arrivée. Je recommande vivement et on y retournera avec plaisir surtout que le sentier des douaniers part de l'arrière de la maison pour de magnifiques ballades le long de la côte de granit rose.

Situation exceptionnelle en surplomb de et en accès direct avec la plage de Trestraou, un séjour très agréable et lumineux avec vue sur la mer et la plage (sans oublier le bruit des vagues!). Ces 2 atouts majeurs font tout-à-fait oublier le côté vieillot du reste de l'appartement ( par ailleurs bien équipé ), et l'absence de terrasse extérieure. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Très bien situé mais voisinage bruyant

Appartement très bien situé, donnant sur la superbe plage de Trestraou et au début du sentier des douaniers. Nous regrettons juste que le petit escalier qui mène à la mezzanine craque beaucoup. Mauvaise isolation sonore avec l'appartement du dessus : une personne bougeait les meubles tôt le matin et tard le soir en faisant son ménage... N'ayant qu'une semaine de vacances nous aurions aimé nous reposer davantage.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ehemaligen Hotel (?), das in verschiedene Appartements unterteilt wurde. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer mit großem Fenster auf die nördliche Bucht von Perros-Guirec ist traumhaft. Nach wenigen Minuten Treppenabstieg ist der Strand erreicht. Dort legt auch ein Boot mit einer Rundfahrt zu den "Les Sept-Iles" ab - dringend zu empfehlen! Direkt oberhalb des Anwesens beginnt jener Abschnitt des "Zöllnerpfades" in Richtung Ploumanach/Tregastel, auf dem die Monumente der "Rosa Granitküste" nach einer knappen Stunde Wanderung beginnen - absolut überwältigend ... Einen Abzug gibt es, weil die Wohnung muffig riecht (Feuchtigkeit im gesamten Bau) - aber man gewöhnt sich daran. TV ist vorhanden, aber ausschließlich mit französischem Programm. Für Kindern gibt es direkt auf dem Anwesen keine Spielmöglichkeiten.
