"Our family enjoyed this house and location. The bean bag beds were perfect for the kids. The house back porch is amazing. A place we would reserve again. If you book you might want to bring sheets if you plan to use the blow up or bean bags options. And a skillet if you plan on cooking eggs. "

"OUTSTANDING! Quaint and romantic getaway. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The views were beautiful. The barn was comfortable and had all the amenities of home. Bed was comfortable. The private pool was great in the summer heat. The interaction and sounds of the the farm animals made the experience unique. Close enough to town in case you need anything. Loved every minute of our stay."

"We had a great time staying at Shady Oak! House was very nice and had everything you needed. From gas grill, all kitchen utensils and cookware. Washing machine and dryer were a big plus after being on the lake all day. Easy contacting host with a little issue with the front gate, but she answered immediately and was able to resolve the issue within minutes. Overall great experience and excellent service from host!"

"My family loved this house that is right on the water. The location has easy access to the boat ramp, gas stations and grocery store. We stayed 5 days and had the lake to ourselves. We have stayed at many different houses on the lake, but this was by far our favorite and we will definitely be coming back next year. Thanks Again Wade!!"

"The house was absolutely perfect. We brought our two daughters and their families, there were six adults and five children. The bunkbeds were great for the kids and I loved that ever bedroom had its own bathroom! The house stayed very cool and there were even beach towels available for our crew. The lake is literally out your back door and the water is shallow enough that are two year-old with her lifejacket on was able to play In the water as much as she wanted.
