The Suite Arago is ideally located in the heart of Perpignan, a city rich in history and culture. Enjoy the stunning view of Place de la République, where a lively market takes place every Saturday morning.

The square is surrounded by shops, food markets, and cultural landmarks such as the Castillet, Saint John the Baptist Cathedral, Campo Santo, Hyacinthe Rigaud Museum, and the Palace of the Kings of Majorca. These iconic sites will immerse you in the fascinating history of the city.

Relax on a café terrace or savor local cuisine in one of the many nearby restaurants. Suite Arago is also close to the Congress Palace and the Court of Justice.

Access by car – Parking:

Parking République: Ideal for dropping off your luggage, with direct elevator access.
Parking Arago: A 5-minute walk from Place de la République, with very affordable rates.

Economical alternatives:

Free parking near the Castillet: available from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and from Saturday to Monday after 9:00 AM. Rates to be paid at city parking meters. Some spots are free 24/7.
Possibility to park your vehicle for just 2 euros per day in nearby parking lots, such as Parking Poncin, located on Rue Pierre Dumont.

Public transport:

From/to the TGV Station:

By taxi: ask to be dropped off at the corner of Rue Mirabeau and Rue de la Barre.
By bus: Line C to the Castillet stop, then walk to Place de la République (5 minutes).
From/to the Airport:

By taxi: journey takes 20-25 minutes and costs around 20-25 EUR.
By bus: Line 6 to the TGV Station (departures until 8:30 PM – fare 2 EUR). Follow the previous instructions from the TGV Station to Place de la République.

Important:

Suites Coronell d'en Vila is not a hotel. We do not have a luggage storage area, and the property is not accessible by car. If you have a lot of luggage, it is best to park your vehicle at Parking République, located at the foot of the building.
