On a beautiful property, in a quiet area, and adjoining the owners' villa, this cottage is very comfortable. Through a separate entrance, you access the equipped kitchen open to the living room and its lounge area where wrought iron and wood blend harmoniously (140cm BZ sofa bed designed for 2 people). Through a sliding door, a bathroom with walk-in shower and integrated toilet. The bedroom has two 80*200 beds which can be joined to create a 160 bed. A deposit of €50.00 will be required for the gate remote control. The plus: everything is included - beds made on arrival, towels and table linen provided as well as heating (electric underfloor). The swimming pool shared with the owners (6m * 12m and depth from 1.10m to 1.58m) is at your disposal and accessible only in summer (children must be accompanied).
