"Awesome location next to shops, restaurants and on the beach. Staff were all friendly. The apartment was first class, big comfy beds and a stunning view over the bay below. Bath room a bit old fashioned but nothing you can't cope with. No noise at night. Next to a very popular restaurant. Our own wish was that they weren't so quick to close the pool at 6pm and lock the pool gates as one day we were on the beach and all our towels and bits inside. "Lovely place, friendly team, the owners are on site with the team morning and night checking everything is ok and hands on helping, nothing was too much trouble to them when you ask. Room was spacious & clean, lovely views in quiet area so no sleep disturbances. Only fault was the hob in room didn’t work as it is no longer self catering hotel but fridge & kettle did & were clean. We did have a breakfast and it was a large variety of food & drink, and all food and table areas were very clean....

"It’s an excellent property that’s near amenities. The owner is easily accessible. What’s advertised is what you see upon arrival and hence I have given it a rating of 5 stars. I was allowed a late check out as my flight was late in the evening. If you’re looking for a tranquil Villa then this one is the right one for you."

"Highly recommended property to stay! Located just few minutes away from the beach. Restaurants and shop in walking distance. A very quiet neighbourhood where you can enjoy your relaxing holiday (our neighbours where a bit noisy though). Super clean and staff are helpful and very friendly! "

"We had such a lovely holiday , the villa & pool were excellent, the adjacent properties were very quiet and welcoming people too. We got into a routine of walking to the beach via Blue Spice for a lovely breakfast and then to Polyxenia beach just another 100yards. The local bus service is excellent 2euros a trip , when into Aya Napa a couple of times , so easy. Kimberly was very informative and although we never met her she comes across as a lovely person ,easy to deal with, good a her job ....

"Property is well located 10 mins walk from a choice of beaches, bars, restaurants, etc. It's close enough for access, but far enough away not to hear any noise. Host is very friendly and helpful; any issues were quickly resolved. Patio does get the sun and is private."

"The villa is lovely, nice comfortable beds which is what was need as we didnt arrive till 2.30am . We had bread ,milk juice, and water there for us which was a great help so thankyou so much for that the villa is in a nice quiet area and just a short walk to all shops bars and restaurants . "

"This villa is just perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything you need and more. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who’s communication was brilliant from the minute we booked. Extra touches like the wine & foods when we arrived were very kind. We loved the pool & garden area which has a lovely bbq and plenty of seating areas to just sit back & chill. "This villa is in good location on a nice complex.It is was well equipped and very clean inside.Good contact wth the owner Lee but never seen property manager or pool cleaner whilst there but was not a problem as know the area well.Only thing missing was a Parasol for outside table as the palm tree next door was cut back when we were there and that gave good shade, as the temperature hit over 35 degrees in our last few day's."

"I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis..The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool. I had a few evening meals and the food was ok with a good chance. All the the staff were very professional and very friendly. It was near the end of the season and quiet so there wasn't any activities either during the day or evening. I would certainly visit again."

Situated in a quiet area, close to amenities, slight problem with the washing machine but it was sorted out immediately. Would 100% definitely stay again and definitely recommend this property to others. "
