You enjoy the life of a quiet country village while being located near Cahors and the Lot Valley, between vineyards and truffle fields. Access to the living rooms by a few steps, on the 1st floor: a large kitchen dining room, a living room with its typical fireplace and a library, a bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 baby cot, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 160, a bathroom, separate wc. On the garden level: a living room / playroom equipped with a ping-pong table and a convertible sofa, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, a bathroom water, a laundry room, separate wc, a walk-through room with a sofa bed (extra sleeping possible) giving access to the enclosed garden. Outside: an enclosed garden with covered terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, a large unfenced, wooded plot with a fenced pool (12x6m and 2.5m maximum depth, shower, covered shelter, deckchairs), a garage with bikes.
