Casa Di Gloria is located in the historic center of Perledo, near the bus stop for Varenna and next to a public parking lot. It’s strategically located just a stone’s throw from the bus to Varenna, bars, restaurants, a mini-market, a pharmacy, and soccer, basketball, and tennis courts.

The layout
Please read carefully because the house has a unique layout: we have 3 floors connected by stairs: 0) the first floor with a kitchen, dining room, and guest bathroom with a laundry area; 1) the first floor with a living room overlooking the lake, featuring a TV and a sleeper sofa that can serve as a second bed for 3 or 4 guests, and the main bathroom with a shower; 2) the second floor with a breathtaking view, a double bed, and a rear balcony where you can relax while enjoying the mountain views. Finally, there’s an outdoor garden by the entrance for breakfast, aperitifs, and relaxation. Casa Di Gloria is a zero-impact home, with fully electric heating, hot water, and a kitchen powered by a heat pump using 100% renewable energy. Important: 1) Perledo is not Varenna! So keep in mind that you’re 3 km from the Varenna train station via the main road or 1 km along a trail with uphill steps; yes, there are bus connections, but they’re not very frequent and don’t run every day 2) The three floors are connected by internal staircases, so please keep this in mind if there are elderly guests or guests with mobility issues. 3) Air conditioning is available only on the third floor in the master bedroom

Important: The tourist tax is already included for transparency and convenience, so you won’t have to pay anything extra during your stay.
The tourist tax for Perledo is 3 euros per person per night for the first 5 nights; from the sixth night onward, there is no charge.
