On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a kitchen situated in the entrance area, equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, and a kettle, alongside a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace. From this level, you have direct access to the garden. A shower and WC are also located on this floor.
