Doors to room look like they’ve been attempted to be pried open based upon their marks. Old appliances and fixtures. “Breakfast” was lackluster at best. No way this is an 8 star rated place. More like a 5 at best. Should be $75-85 a night "

"The hallways doesn’t have a fresh smell. One of the workers was smoking while walking down the hallway when I stepped out my room and the rooms are not in the best condition compared to the other staybridges I have stayed in."

I had a two night stay. I did not stay the second night and was not refunded any money because that is their policy although it is not their policy to provide smoke free rooms despite the false advertising. The location of this place is terrible with loud partying in the street late at night and loud...

"Experiência muito boa no geral. Pontos positivos: 1. O hotel fica na estação de ski, a comodidade disso e’ muito boa. 2. Fiquei no quarto com kitchenete , o que e’ um diferencial. 3. Quarto espaçoso e camas boas. Contra: 1. O quarto em geral precisa de uma renovação. Carpete , cortina e decoração em geral muito antiga 2. Quase impossível falar na recepção por telefone. Não atendem o telefone No geral, fomos muito felizes."
