I check every room I stay in because I don’t want to catch bugs or sleep on someone else filth. You pay for the cleanliness and the headache of staying how long you might stay. My Whole bed was STAINED WITH THIS MYSTERY STAIN and when I looked more into my room the ceiling has been leaking over time and they did not clean the overhead for the window so there...

"I don't know that I'd use a hotel hot tub, but be aware that although it may be listed as an amenity, it is permanently closed. Room was clean and the furnishings, especially the bed, were very comfortable. We had a river view which did not disappoint. The only thing we didn't like was that the toilet is extremely loud as it refills, so it will certainly wake up everyone if used in the middle of the night! It took a bit for the shower water to get hot too. We ended up going somewhere else for...

"The staff member Virginia was was really really rude and unprofessional and she always has a bad attitude she should not be working there 😠 she has been very difficult and disrespectful as far as the other staff members which is Ashley and the cleaning lady they are very sweet very nice the property is very awesome the gym definitely needs to be worked on they need to fix the treadmill because it's not powering on the laundry is awesome the rooms are the best"

Although the bedsheets were clean, it smelled like stale cigarettes — kept waking up throughout the night because the smell was so nauseating. It felt like that smell was ingrained over years and it was IN everything — the carpet, the upholstery, the curtains — no amount of daily room service would have been able to rid the smell.
