"The Deshadan Cliff & Beach Resort was as promised with all amenities including free wifi, parking and swimming pool. The rates were slightly on the higher side owing to the holidayyum season but still not exorbitant for the amenities offered. Location was perfect and at walking distance from the beach and cliff. The rooms were clean and spacious enough with private washroom and all essential toiletries provided. Air conditioning too was fine as was the television with required channels...

"Having travelled around India for 5 weeks it was refreshing to find a hotel where we weren’t pestering for reviews every 5 minutes! Maybe that’s because they don’t need to as they already know that their staff are all friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean, nice food and pool. And all this just a short stroll to all the amenities of North Cliff. We were there when the monsoon started and as we had a late flight they allowed us to use our room until late...

"Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. Provision for tea/coffee in the room was available. A table chair would have been nice. Nearby dining options are available. The not-so good reviews are mostly due to the standard rooms on...

"Brand new hotel. Great location next to the Helipad and 1 min walk to the beach and plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants. Stayed in room 301. It has a great view of the sea and the Helipad so if you like people watching this is the place for you. Very, very clean room and all hotel facilities too. Room was really good size. Linen and bed were really nice, all new and comfortable. All the staff were amazing!!!! Super helpful!!! Reception were very kind and offered me late check out...
