"Great location in a quiet neighborhood that was close to many areas of interest.We attended the Jour de Fete festival in St. Genevieve—hopping on Highway 61 at the bottom of the hill had us there in 10 minutes. One of the bathrooms had two sets of grab bars in the step-thru tub access shower. It would be perfect for anyone with mild balance/stability concerns.Beds were comfortable and vintage decor very 60s. Bathrooms and bedrooms very clean. "We stayed here to visit our two sons who go to SIU. With a large family and the need to bring our dogs we were afraid it would be hard to find a place where we could all stay together under one roof and this was perfect! So close to campus and shopping but still quiet and private with plenty of room for all. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the home made our stay great! We hope to stay again soon! "

"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "

"We rented this property for the 2024 Eclipse viewing. That in itself was amazing but the property was the highlight for our whole family. It’s a beautiful setting, the home was upscale and fabulous, and, the stocked pond did not disappoint.
