The space
There are 2 bedrooms and a couch in the living room that pulls out into a full/queen size bed.

Bedroom 1:
Upper Bedroom has a King Bed, En Suite Bathroom, Large Closet, Dresser & TV

Bedroom 2:
Main Level Bedroom has a Queen Bed or 2 Twin Beds. Plenty of floor space to add a blow up mattress if you desire

Kitchen:
The Kitchen is located on the main level along with the living room, dining room & deck access. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and serving ware. Starter coffee & paper towels provided. This is not restocked during the stay. There are 2 barstools for the kitchen counter.

Dining Room:
The dining room table seats 6 and there is an additional console table in the space as well. There are large windows with room darkening blinds. The sliding glass door is located off the Dining Room and opens up to a Deck overlooking the golf course with an area for outdoor dining.

Living Room:
The living room has a pull out sofa & 2 chairs along with TV and fireplace.

WIFI:
WIFI is available throughout the unit & is provided by the resort.

PARKING:
Complimentary parking is available for 2 vehicles.

BOAT SLIP:
Boat parking is not attached to this unit, however we have a boat slip available for guests use on Pelican Lake adjacent to the Point Place Condos. Please let us know if you intend to use the space and we will provide further instruction.

Where do we start?!

If you love golf, you won't be disappointed. The driving range and 18 hole Whitebirch Course is at your doorstep. Antlers Restaurant is attached to the clubhouse and is a great place to grab a refreshing beverage for breakfast, lunch or dinner! If your in search of an Arne Palmer designed course - head to Deacon's Lodge. And the classic course is always a breeze to get on!

The pool, hot tub, workout room & game room are a short walk from the cabin. There are vending machines if you need a quick snack and outdoor loungers if you would like to fit in a sun nap.

Ready to hit Dockside for some Elvis or Johnny Cash impersonators? Call for a complimentary shuttle (tips are greatly appreciated). Service is quick and always so kind!

The Spa, Marina 11 Restaurant, Arcade, Face Painting Station, Coffee Shop, Ice Cream Shop & Craft Room are all located in the lakeside building across from Breezy Point Conference Center.

If you like Kid Friendly BINGO & Pizza, Commanders Bar and Grill is the place for you! If you prefer a more adult version of Bingo or possibly a meat raffle, head into Pequot Lakes and your options are endless!

There is a pretty cool disc golf course within 2 miles....as long as you bring your bug spray you'll have a fabulous time!

Do you like to fish? Bring your pole down to docks and you will be sure to catch a sunfish every couple of minutes. Stop at the hardware store before you enter the resort for some bait and extra supplies.

Guests are free to use the entire unit and resort amenities that are included in the stay
Other things to note
This is our family time share and we must strictly adhere to the resort guidelines and rules. No early check-ins or late check-outs are available. A credit card will be held on file for damages.

No Pets & No Smoking of any kind. Violations to these rules will result in immediate removal from the resort, a $500 violation fee due to the owners/hosts and any fees imposed by the resort and cost of damages are the full responsibility of the guest.
