"A super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. "

"The beach where the hotel is located is a piece of heaven. The hotel rooms are a bit outdated by large and comfortable. The restaurant super well located and food delicious. Service and staff are in general friendly, efficient and polite. Kudos for Sandra at the reception, who did the extra mile to support me in everything I need to locate my suitcase lost by Air France and to make my stay more pleasant possible in the two days I stood there with nothing else besides my winter clothes. "Room was nice. View from roof was unreal. Cafe at lobby had really good coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only note of concern is the hot water was not easy to get. You need to work for it "

"This was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights but I would not stay longer because there is just not much around in the immediate area. Only a couple of restaurants and one of them is the hotel's. The staff were difficult to communicate with over messages before arrival but in person were lovely, especially Astrid who was super helpful. The facilities and room were good. The beachfront access was great. Overall, I am glad that we stayed here."

"My husband and I absolutely loved our time at CeBlue! Latoya our concierge was amazing and the beach is beautiful! Only negative would be there isn’t much options for food when you go beginning of August as most places close for hurricane season. Latoya was able to help us find some amazing restaurants throughout the island though. We will be back "
