"The beach where the hotel is located is a piece of heaven. The hotel rooms are a bit outdated by large and comfortable. The restaurant super well located and food delicious. Service and staff are in general friendly, efficient and polite. Kudos for Sandra at the reception, who did the extra mile to support me in everything I need to locate my suitcase lost by Air France and to make my stay more pleasant possible in the two days I stood there with nothing else besides my winter clothes. "A super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. "
