"Excelente custo x benefício em Anguilla. É um hotel básico porém muito limpo e em excelente condições de manutenção, ideal para quem precisa de um bom lugar pra descansar depois de aproveitar as lindas praias de Anguilla. Os quartos são MUITO espaçosos e possui uma cozinha americana . A cama é enorme e super confortável. O funcionário Thomas foi super gentil e nos forneceu várias dicas sobre a ilha ."

"Overall it was a pleasant stay, the staff was incredibly polite and caring. A few suggestions: - There should be a sign or anything indicating where the hotel is and the reception, we took a while to find it, and no guard knew how to guide us either. - The room could have a full body mirror and the showers could have a door or a curtain to avoid wetting the room. Apart from that everything was always very clean and organized and we enjoyed our stay."

"Reasonable. The big positive aspect of this hotel is the customer service. Everybody is willing to help, Is kind and has a smile on their face. Latoya from the front desk and Cristina on housekeeping deserve 10 starts each. The hotel needs an update and maintenance. Some balcony doors have the locks and/or handles broken. Everything in the room is outdated. There were maintenance topics I needed assistance with (lamps broken, remote w/out batteries, no enough pressure on water) that were taken...

"This is a great place with high speed internet, which I needed for my work. My only two complaints, which they can easily address are a) they should heat the hot tub, and b) they should have some sort of shower curtain available.
