Everyone had their own space and could also come together in the spacious common areas whenever we wanted. Plenty of privacy for couples traveling together as well. "Our group of 12 people stayed for 10 days, and we had a fantastic time. The house had more than enough room, with a great layout that gave each bedroom their own space. Opening the many windows allowed for a beautiful breeze, that we never needed the A/C during the day. The neighbourhood felt safe and super welcoming, with easy access to beaches, the dive shop we were using, restaurants, supermarkets, and just off a main road to get all over the island. "Wow! What an amazing stay we had! The location was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. We weren't far from shops and restaurants that were a quick drive or 15 minutes max. Mambo beach was pretty close, an easy 10 min walk (this is coming from a 7 month pregnant woman) or a 2 minute drive. Mireille was a great host and her communication was A1! Anything we needed she provided. We had no complaints!"

"Absolutely beautiful property. We stayed in the SOLO villa, which was a 3 bedroom home. The place was gorgeous, private pool that was delightful. Very useful kitchen, easy walking distance to everything in Jan Thiel which has great restaurants, a spa (not great massage, but in their defense, had opened the day prior), shopping, beach (VERY crowded). "The trip was great my only issue was the extra charge for electricity. I have been using VRBO for years and never encountered this. It should be clear in the rental agreement I only found out when I contacted the owner. Other than that the trip was beautiful and the property owners were wonderful. Would definitely go back"

"The house is overall beautiful. One thing to note for anyone not used to it is that there is not central air. You have to pay for what you use. There are split units in most rooms. We only used them at night and only in 3 rooms to cut costs. It was $150.00 for a week. Otherwise we opened up the windows for a nice breeze but could be sticky depending on the time of day. "The house was perfect for our family of eight. Our host Marieke was very helpful and an excellent communicator. She gave us great recommendations for groceries, dining, and excursions. The home is in a private gated community with a lovely pool and convenient to Mambo Beach, with plenty of restaurants and shopping.
